Wendy J Luft

Wendy lives in Charles City with her husband, Lenny, a police officer for the Charles City Police Department.  Wendy and Lenny have three children Logan, 10, Landon, 8, and Lilly, 7.  Wendy was raised in Charles City and chose this community to raise their children, as it really is America's Hometown!

Wendy has been a Realtor for 6 years and worked in the Real Estate business for 7 years and recently became a Broker.  She has been the top Sales Associate for the past 4 years and really enjoys her job.  She specializes in First time home buyers and walking her clients through the buying process for the first time.  She also works closely with her sellers helping them to sell their homes catering to each one individually.  Wendy has been the Secretary for the Cedar Valley Board of Realtors in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012, a member of the Iowa Association of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors.  Lenny and Wendy enjoy taking their family camping and fishing.
